Takes you from AI Curious to AI Confident

Created for professionals and organisations, Couch to AI is a guided, step-by-step programme that helps you build the confidence and skills to use AI responsibly and adopt AI effectively in business. 

There are two levels that are each delivered live online over 5 weeks, with a 1-hour interactive and practical session per week.

Level 1 (Using AI) is designed for the AI curious. It’s ideal for people who are new to AI, unsure where to start or wish to gain confidence using AI responsibly in everyday work. It’s particularly suitable for professionals who want practical, real-world guidance they can apply straight away.

Level 2 (Adopting AI) is designed for AI users. This level helps individuals and organisations take the next step from confident AI use to responsible AI adoption. Suitable for professionals who are already using AI or are responsible for helping their team or organisation adopt AI more effectively.

Non-technical, hype and jargon-free, the programme is led by Dr. John Flackett; a qualified, leading AI expert with a PhD in Artificial Intelligence, an Honorary Doctor of Science and over 30 years’ experience working in AI.

For businesses or Not-For-Profit charities looking to upskill your staff and build AI confidence and capability across your organisation, Couch to AI also provides private group cohort training.
